About me
My name is Tomek Kaczanowski. I live in Kraków (Poland). I am test-infected and I hope to be very contagious. :)
I was a speaker at Geecon 2009 and Academic IT Festival, Cracow 2010, Javarsovia, Warsaw 2010, JUG meetings, and occasionally wrote few articles. Since ~June 2009 I'm involved in Gradle community. I'm not a committer there, but I help by taking care of some parts of documentation (i.e. Gradle cookbook), and testing latest snapshots.
This blog is dedicated to my various coding activities (Java, testing, Gradle etc.). I try not to increase the information smog, so you should expect not very frequent, but hopefully interesting posts here.
The motto of this blog is taken from John Carmack:
"Programming is not a zero-sum game. Teaching something to a fellow programmer doesn't take it away from you. I'm happy to share what I can, because I'm in it for the love of programming."
There is also one open-source project that I develop. It is called Iterated Prisoner's Dilemma Library. If you are into the game theory then give it a try.
Feel free to contact me at tkaczano AT_SERVER poczta.onet.pl. You can find more info about me at linkedin. See also my BlackBeltFactory profile and my CV.
I hope you'll find some useful information on my blog.
